Gabrielle Rivas

Attorney in Columbia, South Carolina 

Gabrielle Rivas was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2024 and is an attorney in the firm’s Columbia office where she practices civil litigation. The concentration of her practice is construction litigation, property disputes, and general civil litigation. 

As a Native to South Carolina, Gabrielle was raised in Newberry. She attended Presbyterian College, earning a bachelor’s degree in political science. Gabrielle continued her education at Elon University School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor. 

During her time at Elon Law, Gabrielle clerked with the Fifth Circuit Solicitor’s Office and the Office of General Counsel at the South Carolina Department of Corrections where she was introduced to a wide range of legal proceedings, criminal prosecutions, and the complexities of correctional policy. After graduating and passing the Bar in 2024, Gabrielle joined the Finkel Law Firm as an attorney.

Gabrielle is dedicated to providing efficient and practical advice for even the most intricate legal matters. She aims to offer valuable assistance by establishing a sense of support to clients during life’s most difficult situations. 

When out of the office, she enjoys spending her time with family, watching baseball games, going on walks with her dog, and visiting new places.
