Danielle Bennett

Danielle Bennett practices in residential real estate transactions and refinances within the Firm's real estate division. Born in Giessen, Germany, Danielle moved frequently during her parents' service in the U.S. Army. She was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2017.

Danielle earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications and an associate degree in Science from Ohio University in 2013. She later obtained her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2016, where she served as Vice Chair of Education for the School of Law Honor Council.

Joining the Finkel Law Firm in 2021, Danielle previously practiced with a boutique law firm, representing a wide range of clients including buyers, sellers, lenders, developers, and builders in real estate transactions. Years of closing transactions including 1031 exchanges, probate estates, and VA financing has given Danielle the experience to handle more complex transactions.

Outside of her legal career, Danielle resides in West Ashley with her husband, Dru and their three beautiful children. She enjoys traveling and cherishes spending quality time with her family.
